Order Modifications and Cancellations

Please Note: After the 24-hour window, your order will move into production and can no longer be modified or canceled.

If your poster arrives damaged, defective, or with poor print quality (e.g., blurry or faded), we will take full responsibility for resolving the issue. Examples of eligible defects include:
- Torn or creased posters caused by transit.
- Misaligned or blurry prints.
- Faded or uneven colors.
To request a refund or return for damaged or defective items, please:

- Include clear photos of the damaged or defective product showing the issue.
- Provide your order number and any additional details.
Once we receive your request and verify the issue, you will have two options:
- Replacement Product: We will reprint and ship a new poster to you at no extra cost.
- Refund: If you prefer, we will process a full refund to your original payment method.
Refund Timeline
Refunds typically take 3–5 business days to process and appear in your account. We will notify you via email once the refund has been initiated.
Non-Returnable Items
To maintain fairness and product integrity, we do not accept returns or refunds for items that are free from defects. This includes cases where the product meets the specifications provided at the time of purchase.
